INDIANAPOLIS-Brightpoint Inc.’s subsidiary, Brightpoint China Ltd., completed its acquisition of the business and certain assets of Legend International Ltd.
The acquisition of the Hong Kong-based distributor of wireless communication equipment was announced last month.
