FORMER EXEC BUYS TWO INTERCELL UNITS

DENVER-Intercell Corp. announced a preliminary agreement to sell its wholly owned subsidiaries, Intercell Wireless Corp. and Cellular Magnetics Inc., for a combined cash and stock value of $3.7 million.

Terry W. Neild, a former officer and director of Intercell, heads the group buying the subsidiaries’ shielded-antenna technology.
