BOCA RATON, Fla.-American Tower Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Radio Systems, acquired the assets of B&E Associates and DB Consultants for $13 million.
Both companies, located in Norwood, Mass., are premiere site acquisition firms, said American Tower Systems. The companies work primarily for Southwestern Bell’s Cellular One franchises in Boston, Washington D.C., Little Rock, Ark., and Tulsa, Okla. The companies also do work for SNET in southwestern Connecticut and Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile in Vermont.
