SAN DIEGO-Qualcomm Inc. completed a $660 million private placement offering of Trust convertible preferred securities.
The amount raised includes $550 million in gross proceeds, which was previously closed, and $110 million in gross proceeds which closed March 10 upon the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
