FORT WORTH, Texas-Uniden America Corp. formed a new company to handle its original equipment manufacturer sales in North and South America. The new company will be named Uniden USA Inc., and it will be a subsidiary of Uniden Japan.
Hide Kanakubo and Paul Davis have been appointed executive vice presidents of Uniden USA. Kanakubo previously directed sales for Uniden’s satellite division, while Davis headed sales for Uniden America.
