LONDON-One 2 One announced it has increased its total available funding capacity to 2.2 billion pounds to support its network expansion and aggressive marketing plans.
The funding capacity now comprises a total of 1 billion pounds sterling from One 2 One’s shareholders, U S West Media Group and Cable & Wireless, up from a previous investment of 645 million pounds, and 1.2 billion pounds sterling of senior debt financing, an increase of 600 million pounds over One 2 One’s existing facility.
One 2 One is a joint venture partnership equally owned by U S West International, a unit of U S West Media Group, and Cable & Wireless.
