Zoombak L.L.C. announced its GPS location application for dogs is now available at PetSmart stores nationwide. The Zoombak Advanced GPS Dog Locator uses cellular networks and GPS satellites to help owners find their dogs in real-time from their computer or cellular phone. The locator itself weighs 2.5 ounces and comes in a water-resistant casing with a long-life rechargeable battery. The application allows owners to set up safety zones, set real-time alerts and generate on-demand locates. Zoombak and PetSmart said they will offer hands-on demonstrations of the application at select locations this summer. The product is priced at $200, and service plans start at $10 per month.

iPoint-media, which provides live interactive video applications for delivery platforms, released its Vitrage GOvideoDating interactive video dating delivery platform designed for use with 3G mobile phones. The service allows consumers with a 3G video-enabled phone to search for and interact with other video daters, said the company. The service also includes the ability to create personal profiles and recorded video greetings; basic and advanced search options; send, receive and view recorded video messages; and the ability to engage in live video chats with other members without revealing mobile phone numbers. GOvideoDating is offered as a hosted/managed service and supports multiple billing methods, said the company.

AT&T Mobility launched its Ringtone A-List Web site that gives customers insight into which ringtones are hot among celebrities. The company said it tracks the choices of a variety of stars, including the cast of the MTV reality show “The Hills,” members of Panic at the Disco and even champion professional bull rider Justin McBride. AT&T Mobility customers will be able to choose from the celebrities featured each month, see which tone their favorite celebrity has downloaded, preview an audio clip and purchase the ringtone directly from the Web site.
