House of Blues to use Soapbox mobile marketing and CRM platform

SAN DIEGO, Calif.-House of Blues Entertainment licensed Soapbox Mobile’s Anywhere product, a mobile marketing and customer relationship management platform.

Soapbox Mobile said its product will allow House of Blues to manage a growing set of keywords and calls-to-action across multiple short codes, including personalized interactive mobile campaigns, quizzes and contests for customers. The product allows companies to create messages and interactive workflows, determine scheduling, associate tasks and track campaign modifications.

House of Blues Entertainment operates clubs in several cities and owns, operates or exclusively books 19 arena and amphitheatre venues in North America.

Soapbox Mobile recently raised $10 million in funding.
