CHARLOTTE, N.C.-Glenayre Technologies’ Glenayre Technical Training Institute has developed computer-based training modules and formal training classes specifically oriented to narrowband personal communications services.
The modules assist service providers in maximizing the value of their equipment investments by providing training on NPCS system implementation and hardware, said Glenayre. The computer training segments consist of three modules: NPCS Overview, NPCS Infrastructure and NPCS Network Architecture.
In addition, Glenayre said it has added three NPCS classroom training courses, which are offered at Glenayre’s main training campus in Charlotte, N.C., and at the company’s Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, facility. Classroom courses include: NPCS System Operation, C9000 Control Systems and T9000 Linear Power Amplifiers and R9000 Receivers.
