MERIDEN, Conn. – SNET Network Services announced it has enhanced its Network Fraud Control System software to reduce the amount of 0+/0- theft for its validation customers.
The new software feature monitors call duration in a real-time environment, providing added tools for companies to control fraud on their networks, said SNET.
“SNET’s Network Fraud Control System now allows us to look into a call and evaluate it on a whole new level,” said Gerry Sarmiento, director of product management and marketing.
