SARNIA, Ontario-AVL Information Systems and Cincinnati Microwave Inc. announced the QWaveWriter, a system for cellular carriers that provides a comprehensive tool for monitoring signal strength. The product was developed by AVLIS to work with Cincinnati Microwave’s MC-DART 200 Cellular Digital Packet Data modem.
