Editor’s Note: The companies listed below are the current holders of A-, B- and C-block licenses for broadband personal communications services in the United States. Some of the companies have not yet received their licenses from the Federal Communications Commission because of challenges.

SBC Communications Inc. is in the process of selling its Little Rock, Ark., and Memphis, Tenn., markets to AT&T Wireless Services Inc.

Sprint Telecommunications Venture is now Sprint Spectrum L.P. Sprint and PhillieCo L.P. have the same overall management but slightly different ownership structures and are listed separately.
