HICKSVILLE, New York-American Alpha Dispatch Services Inc., which provides alphanumeric transcription services to the paging industry, introduced a new caller ID feature to its services.
When the company sends a message to an alpha user, it also sends the phone number of the incoming caller.
This caller ID option will provide users a guaranteed call back number and allow them to identify prank messages, said American Alpha.
Two-year-old American Alpha provides its services wholesale to the paging industry.
