CUPERTINO, Calif.-DSP Communications Inc. and Siemens Wireless Terminals, a division of Siemens Business Communications Systems Inc., announced they have signed a worldwide strategic agreement for Interim Standard 95 and J-STD-008-based Code Division Multiple Access subscriber equipment.
DSP will develop and supply IS-95-J-STD-008 baseband processor chipsets to be implemented in CDMA mobile handsets developed by Siemens.
