TORONTO-Telular Canada Inc. agreed to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lava Systems Inc., which together will operate as an integrated information management company.
According to the agreement, each Telular Canada common share and convertible share will be exchanged for .58 Lava common shares. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter and is subject to approval of Telular Canada shareholders and regulatory agencies.
