VANCOUVER, Wash.-Electric Lightwave Inc. signed an agreement with NW Communications to manage all back-office support in an effort to help streamline NW’s prepaid debit card switching services.
According to the agreement, Electric Lightwave will be responsible for all hardware and software support and data entry. The company also said it plans to provide prepaid customer service support.
NW’s prepaid switch is collocated with ELI, ensuring trouble-free, uninterrupted internal service, maintenance and backup, said the companies.
NW Communications is a wireless reseller with a footprint covering much of the United States. Electric Lightwave operates digital telecommunications networks that deliver local and long-distance telephone service, video conferencing, data and Internet access services to business customers in the western United States.
