MELBOURNE, Fla.-Flash Comm Inc. formed a strategic alliance with DBA Systems Inc. to manufacture its first-generation communications and tracking products, which initially will focus on the commercial transportation market.
Flash Comm, a privately held wireless data communications network provider, said it initially will market to the commercial transportation industry beginning with a trailer tracking product scheduled for release late this year.
The company’s two-year agreement with DBA Systems is valued at $10.6 million.
