ERICSSON ADOPTS BRITE, VOCALIS APPS

STOCKHOLM, Sweden-Ericsson Inc. announced it signed agreements with voice processing specialists Brite Voice Systems Inc. and Vocalis Group plc to integrate voice-activated dialing services into Ericsson’s total solutions for its Global System for Mobile communications network operator clients. The agreements, effective immediately, allow Ericsson to offer voice-dialing services, including customer support, to operators.
