KIRKLAND, Wash.-AT&T Wireless Services Inc. launched its personal communications services network in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Lucent Technologies Inc. provided the Time Division Multiple Access infrastructure equipment for the launch.
The company also has 1900 MHz PCS networks active in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, N.C., Chicago, Atlanta and Phoenix. AT&T said it expects to launch at least three more markets by the end of the year.
