TAMPA, Fla.-Mercury Cellular & Paging has installed GTE Telecommunication Services Inc.’s ChurnManager customer retention and marketing system, Mercury announced.
Mercury can use the knowledge-based technology to analyze factors that affect an individual customer’s satisfaction, and then call the customer to offer a variety of solutions to improve that relationship.
