DENVER-An affiliate of PriCellular Corp. has acquired the cellular assets of the Tennessee 4 rural service area from Tennessee 04 Partners L.P., an affiliate of Bachow & Associates Inc., announced Daniels & Associates.
The RSA serves a population of 250,000 across six counties in eastern Tennessee, which includes the towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, the Dollywood tourist attraction and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Denver-based Daniels & Associates, an investment banking and financial services company specializing in the cable and telecommunications industries, represented the seller.
