DENVER-Satellink Paging L.L.C., a subsidiary of Satellink Communications Inc., has acquired Premier Paging of New Orleans Inc., announced Daniels & Associates, a Denver-based investment banking and financial services company that represented the sellers.
The transaction represents 10,000 paging units in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La., said Daniels.
