CEDAR KNOLLS, N.J.-Omnipoint Communications Inc. began commercial roaming with Estonian Mobile Telephone Co. of Estonia and Far EasTone Telecommunications Co. Ltd. of Taiwan.
The agreements represent Omnipoint’s second roaming partner in Taiwan and its first in Estonia.
