The Personal Communications Industry Association appointed Brent Weingardt vice president of government relations. Weingardt previously was regulatory counsel for Iridium LLC where he gave legal advice on regulatory matters and provided guidance regarding compliance with U.S. wireless and common carrier requirements. Prior to his work at Iridium, Weingardt was a senior associate for Steptoe & Johnson. He also served at the Federal Communications Commission from 1983 to 1990.
Glenayre Technologies
Glenayre Technologies Inc. named Warren Neuburger president and general manager of its Integrated Network Group. Neuburger formerly was vice president and general manager of the company’s MVP product group. He replaces Dan Case, who retired.
Americom Inc.
Americom Inc. named Kevin A. Stenson general manager of the newest handset processing center in Louisville, Ky. Prior to his new position, Stenson was director of product management at JRC Canada Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. He also has held managerial positions with Siemens Wireless Terminal, JRC International Inc. and Novatel Communications Ltd.
Price Communications
Price Communications announced the promotions of Dennis Stone and Michael Bruno to co-presidents. Stone most recently was the general manager in New York for PriCellular, a companion company. Bruno previously was a corporate consultant with Price Communications Wireless and a general manager for PriCellular of the Ohio and New York properties, respectively. In their new positions, Stone and Bruno will partner their responsibilities in engineering, billing, marketing and field operations.
OSG Billing Services
OSG Billing Services appointed Ron Whaley to vice president of sales and marketing. Whaley comes to OSG from Comvestrix with more than 15 years of invoicing presentment industry experience. He will help expand OSG’s presence in the personal communications service, Internet and cellular markets.

Global Mobility Systems announced Steve Jones joined the company as vice president of marketing. Jones, most recently vice president of marketing for the CRM division of Mosaix Inc., said his immediate goals are to add features to the company’s products and to continue developing the company’s competitive advantage.
Americom Inc.
Americom Inc. appointed Sterling H. “Skeet” Chadwick executive vice president of the handset processing centers group. For the past five years, Chadwick served as President of AT&T Capital Corp.’s vehicle leasing business and prior to that, he spent 15 years at PHH Corp. where he held a variety of managerial positions.
