DALLAS-National Telemanagement Corp. teamed with Blackfoot Communications to offer
NTC’s SmartPay Wireless prepaid billing option to personal communications services customers in western
Montana.
Blackfoot, which is marketing NTC’s service under the name SmartCall, said it introduced the program to
allow customers to take advantage of prepaid service without having to use personal identification numbers or debit
authorization codes.
“We can now offer prepaid service to our customers in western Montana at a better cost
than other carriers can offer post-pay services,” said Mike McCue, marketing manager at Blackfoot. “The
biggest benefit to NTC’s prepay service is that our customers can immediately activate and replenish an account.”
