BURLINGTON, Mass.-Lightbridge Inc. announced TMTouch, the digital cellular network
service and product of Telekom Cellular Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, deployed Lightbridge’s FraudBuster to detect and
reduce impact of fraud.
“FraudBuster’s extensive capability to detect analog and digital types of fraud will
protect both our revenue and subscriber’s interests,” said Encik Wan Muhamad Ibrahim, chief executive officer of
Telekom Cellular Sdn Bhd.
FraudBuster collects detailed call records to create individual subscriber usage profiles.
It then updates, references and analyzes the profiles on a call-by-call basis to uncover any abnormal activity that may
indicate fraud, said Lightbridge.
