NEW YORK-The merger of Kensington Acquisition Sub Inc. with and into Cellular Communications International Inc. is complete, said Olivetti S.p.A. and Mannesman AG. As a result of the merger, CCI shares have been canceled and converted into the right to receive $80 per share in cash, without interest.
