COLLEGE PARK, Md.-Tim Ayers, former vice president for communications at the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association, will join North Light Communications group to launch a new entity-North Light Public Affairs, said the company.
He will serve as president of the new organization and will concentrate on serving the telecommunications industry.
