SUNNYVALE, Calif.-General Magic Inc. said it selected LinkShare Corp. as a Web affiliate partner to help it attract new subscribers for the Portico virtual assistant service and myTalk free e-mail service.
LinkShare brokers affiliate programs between Web-based businesses by cross-referencing the customers of each, the company said.
