CLINTON CREATES ADVISORY GROUP

WASHINGTON-President Clinton last week signed an executive order to create a new advisory group to help the government protect against threats to telecommunications systems and other vital infrastructure

The National Infrastructure Assurance Council, which will be comprised of no more than 30 members from the private sector and state and local governments, will be headed by a National Security Council official.
