CHILLICOTHE, Ohio-Bright Personal Communications Services Inc., a consortium of Ohio independent telecommunication providers, entered into a management agreement with Sprint PCS to provide Sprint PCS service in licensed areas covering approximately 2.3 million people in seven basic trading areas.
The areas include Elkhart, Kokomo-Logansport, South Bend-Mishawaka, Fort Wayne and Marion, Ind., and Findlay-Tiffin and Lima, Ohio.
Portions of Battle Creek, Kalamazoo and Benton Harbor, Mich.; Michigan City-LaPorte, Ind.; and Dayton-Springfield and Toledo, Ohio, also will be offered Sprint PCS service, Bright PCS said.
