Brightpoint remains exclusive Nokia distributor

INDIANAPOLIS-Brightpoint Inc. announced it will continue as exclusive distributor in the United States of Nokia phones through Dec. 31, 2001. The agreement with Nokia also authorizes Brightpoint, a provider of services to network operators and equipment manufacturers in the global wireless industry, to act as a distributor of Nokia original accessories for the same time frame.
