SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Conductus Inc. announced it received $13.67 million in new equity financing from Nevis Capital Management Inc., an investment management firm based in Baltimore.
Under terms of the financing, Conductus issued 1 million shares of common stock at $13.67 per share. Conductus said it plans to use the new equity to support the commercialization of its ClearSite products.
