NEW ORLEANS-RangeStar Wireless introduced what it says is the industry’s smallest Bluetooth embedded antenna for use by Bluetooth adopters in notebook computers.
The new 2.4 GHz antenna allows original equipment manufacturers to mount Bluetooth embedded antennas onto boards as if they were components, and they are able to fit the antennas into much smaller devices without sacrificing performance.
RangeStar also noted that the new antenna provides both vertical and horizontal polarization when installed on a horizontal plane, making it ideal for integration into notebook computing devices.
