GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.-NTCH Inc., the holding company of communications investor, Glenn Ishihara, launched its Code Division Multiple Access-based personal communications services network in Grand Junction, Colo., under the brand name ClearTalk.
“The fact that a seven-month-old company launched an operating network is the result of tremendous efforts of our managers, employees and vendors,” said Ishihara. “All of us are excited to bring new innovative service offerings to Grand Junction.”
