DENVER-Daniels & Associates, a global provider of financial services to media, Internet and telecommunications companies, named Kevin Brynestad and David Tolliver senior vice presidents.
Brynestad will provide corporate finance services to clients in the telecommunications industry, concentrating on personal communications services, towers, paging and specialized mobile radio.
Tolliver will be based out of New York where he will facilitate mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and financial advisory assignments for broadcasters and related businesses, including television, radio, out-of-home advertising and Internet content sectors.
