KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Funny.com’s entertainment services will be available to Sprint PCS Wireless Web customers directly on their Internet-ready wireless phones.
Sprint noted the jokes will be delivered in more than 30 different categories under the “Fun Stuff” page on its wireless Web. Customers will be able to save and vote on jokes and can also track read and unread jokes to ensure new jokes are easily accessible while old jokes can be retrieved as desired.
“Our customers have asked us to deliver entertainment to the wireless Web, and Sprint PCS has clearly responded by offering nationwide, mobile access to the Internet’s premier collection of jokes directly to their wireless phones,” said Charles Levine, chief sales and marketing officer for Sprint PCS.
