SAN DIEGO-MP3.com Inc. launched its first Wireless Application Protocol application called MP3.com Wireless Live Events Calendar, which allows users to locate and buy tickets to live music events from WAP-enabled mobile phones.
As bandwidth capabilities improve, the company said it plans to offer music downloading services as well.
