Plantronics Inc. announced it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed offering by a stockholder of 1 million shares of Plantronics common stock.

Corrigo secured $12 million in a second round of financing from CMGI@Ventures, the venture capital affiliate of CMGI Inc., and $5.5 million from other investors including Amicus Capital L.P., Staenberg L.L.C. and ARBA Seed Investment Group, Corrigo said. “Corrigo was founded in February of last year to apply innovations in wireless technology and the Internet to organizations with large, mobile service and field operations. This includes a wide range of industries from property management maintenance to appliance and capital equipment repair,” said Corrigo President Rick Michaux. “Our mobile service management solutions are designed to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver operating efficiencies to these organizations, which are traditionally labor intensive and paper-based.” This round of funding will enable the company to bring its mobile service management solutions to market, Corrigo said.

Artesyn Communications Products Inc. reported a record $9.3 million in shipments during the first quarter of high-speed E1 and T1 Wide Area Network interfaces used to connect mobile phone cell tower sites to the Internet and in voice-over-Internet gateways.

AT&T Wireless Services Inc. completed its acquisition of Wireless One Network L.P., an owner and operator of wireless systems in northwest and southwest Florida. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

BrainDock.com Inc., a digital distributor of software for handheld computers, plans to offer 26.8 million shares of its common stock to the public in the United Kingdom, and it is seeking admission of these shares to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on June 12. The company hopes to raise approximately $4 million from the transaction, which BrainDock.com said it will use to fund the company’s growth in digital distribution and e-commerce services as well as its expansion into the wireless market.
