OLYMPIA, Wash.-Signaling and intelligent network services provider Illuminet Holdings Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire privately held prepaid wireless provider National Telemanagement Corp.
In connection with the acquisition, Illuminet will issue 1.9 million shares of common stock and options, valued at $83.8 million, to NTC shareholders and employees.
Illuminet said the acquisition will enhance the company’s existing portfolio of IN services.
