ST. LOUIS-Amdocs, a customer care, billing and order management solutions supplier, reported an agreement with Sprint PCS to provide and support billing systems.
The initial phase of the agreement calls for Amdocs to provide systems implementation and ongoing support services for Sprint PCS’ wholesale business. In subsequent phases, Amdocs may also provide additional billing solutions as requested by Sprint PCS.
