IRVINE, Calif.-Test, measurement and engineering provider Comarco Inc. announced it acquired EDX Engineering Inc., a developer of system planning tools, which the company said will boost its engineering services through participation in network planning and deployment.
Comarco acquired all outstanding stock of EDX for about 257,000 shares of Comarco stock and $2.1 million in cash.
EDX’s portfolio includes its SignalPro, a software package that includes multisite coverage, mapping capabilities and multiple point-to-point link analysis.
