Agilent files amendments to OSI acquisition

PALO ALTO, Calif.-Agilent Technologies Inc. and Objective Systems Integrators Inc. announced amendments to Agilent’s acquisition of OSI have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the tender offer was scheduled to expire last week.
