LAS VEGAS-Telcordia Technologies Inc. announced an agreement with CTI Squared Ltd. to offer robust, carrier-grade, scalable IP-based Unified Communications services for wireless and wireline carriers, ASPs, ISPs and other providers.
Telcordia’s Unified Communications offering has been enhanced with CTI2’s W.W. Office, and now offers end users a communications portal for real-time management of calls, messages and information.
“Our agreement with CTI2 enables us to provide service providers worldwide a system with rich call management services, instant voice and text messaging and presence management, on top of basic unified voice, text, and fax messaging services,” explained David Burns, corporate vice president and president of Telcordia Professional Services.
