Transilica signs deal with Memcorp

SAN DIEGO-Wireless silicon designer Transilica Inc. reported a $30 million deal with Memcorp Inc., the producer of the Memorex brand of consumer goods, to sell units of its OneChip Bluetooth products to Memcorp through next year. Memcorp will integrate the solution into a variety of original equipment manufacturer consumer products, focusing on audio, video and portable electronic applications.
