Legend, Siemens form alliance

BEIJING—China’s computer vendor Legend Holdings has entered a deal with Siemens AG to roll out GPRS-enabled wireless devices in China.
According to the terms of the alliance, Siemens will supply communication modules, which will be integrated into Legend’s handheld devices.
