DENVER—Country Road Communications Inc. announced one of its affiliates has acquired some assets of Rural Cellular Corp., including the Saco river ILEC, IXC and ISP operation, which serve 10,800 access lines in southern Maine.
Denver-based Daniels & Associates represented Rural Cellular Corp. in the acquisition.
