Hutchison to use Luxxon streaming system for demonstrations

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-Luxxon Corp. announced Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Ltd. purchased its Mediator Streaming System, which Luxxon said will allow the carrier to demonstrate to the public the next-generation wireless streaming services at its Orange shops.

“By showcasing Hong Kong’s first and most compelling streaming content over our network at the Orange shops, the demonstration further reaffirms our devotion to technical excellence as much as to service excellence, and reinforces our leading role in wireless streaming technology, as well as our technical strength to pave the way to 3G,” said Stephen Ngan, deputy managing director and sales & marketing director of Hutchison Telecom.
