SAN DIEGO—Leap Wireless International Inc. launched its Cricket wireless service in northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland. The company said it will offer “sister city” service with its recently launched Denver market, allowing customers coverage in both markets for an additional monthly price.
