KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.—TruePosition Inc. said it has prevailed in its patent infringement lawsuit against SigmaOne Communications Corp.
SigmaOne has acknowledged that TruePosition’s wireless location patents are valid and enforceable, and that SigmaOne’s time difference of arrival and angle of arrival products in question infringe on four specific patents covering the use of TDOA and AOA wireless location techniques. SigmaOne has agreed to permanently cease the manufacture or sale of any products falling within their scope.
TruePosition filed the suit last December in the District Court of Delaware.
